Our room was simply amazing, with a breathtaking view of the sea. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. To our delight, we were welcomed with a generous gift pack that included a stylish beach bag, a sun hat, and a box of delectable sweets—a mix of almonds, honey, and honey sweets. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more special.

Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently outstanding. Whether at the reception, around the pool, or in the restaurants, everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were on an all-inclusive package, and what was included truly amazed us: from a delicious breakfast to a leisurely lunch, an afternoon tea (gouté), and a delightful dinner, all accompanied by a variety of drinks. The culinary experience was exceptional and added to the overall luxury of our stay.

One of the standout experiences during our visit was dining at Zest, Paradis Beachcomber’s new restaurant. The culinary delights we enjoyed there were only surpassed by the impeccable service provided by Fabrice and Bheekary, who made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Every dish was a testament to the hotel’s commitment to excellence, and the ambiance was simply perfect.

Trinity and Geraldine from guest relations were instrumental in making our evening unforgettable, coordinating everything with precision and care. The setting was absolutely breathtaking, with the soft glow of the evening light casting a romantic ambiance over the entire experience.

Hemant, our server, provided outstanding service throughout the evening. His dedication to making sure every detail was perfect did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly pampered. The meal was a culinary masterpiece, with each course thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
